My career of 22 years has been in the field of healing. Guiding others to finding their peace and seeing their gifts is what inspires me. I am an elementary school counselor, trained Licensed Professional Counselor, Integrative Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Past and Between Lives Soul Regression Therapist. My counseling experience combined with trainings from traditional and alternative healing modalities gives me a grounding that I am able to transfer to my clients. Between grounding, an open heart, and presence to what unfolds in the moment, my sessions become a beautiful journey of discovery and healing. I have learned to trust my intuition and my clients’ intuition, allowing for spiritual guidance which can create a soulful experience.

I have trained with Dr. Fernand Poulin, the founder of WhiteWinds Institute of Energetic Healing, to become a certified Integrative Energy Medicine (IEM) Practitioner. I have completed a two-year intensive course combining scientific knowledge of the body, energy psychology and body processes. I have also learned energy healing, knowledge of anatomy, neurology, kinesiology, physiology, body systems and processes, and disease and illness progression. The training included a basic knowledge of energy psychology, meditation, shamanism, Native American medicine, and other healing practices to learn to regulate a variety of imbalances.  IEM training helped me develop presence and intuition through psycho-spiritual practices and personal healing. It also taught me how to do energetic coaching of others and energetic protocols to help relieve symptoms with numerous conditions. After my certification, I have continued to learn with Dr. Poulin. One of the add-on trainings has given me tools for soul retrieval healing. I have also completed training in shamanic work with Shared Wisdom, led by Jill Kuykendall, learning soul retrieval healing. I have benefited from Hank Wesselman’s teachings as well. I am currently a member of the Shamanic Visionary Circle.

I have spent a year training with Dr. Linda Backman, the founder of The RavenHeart Center, becoming a certified Past and Between Life Soul Regression Therapist. I have always been interested in finding out more about what happens after we pass on after this lifetime. My desire to seek out knowledge has led me to the path of discovery into the spiritual realm. As a regression therapist, I have experienced a door opening for clients that can give them an understanding of their current life through past life incarnations and connection to their spiritual guides. The connection and the experience that happens during a regression gives the client a way to continue to find answers within themselves. The healing and profound experience is different for every client. My learning as regression therapist expands with each client and what transpires with the client’s spiritual guides. I am a member of The RavenHeart Soul Regression Collective Group which allows me to continue to learn and discover more about humanity and how we can continue to heal and grow together.
